Do I have to pay sales tax?
  Since your payment is a donation to the 501(c)3 non-profit The Buckland Historical Society, Inc., no taxes are due.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please call Stacy Kontrabecki at (413) 625-9203 for further assistance.
What are my payment choices?
  Select "Paypal" as the initial checkout option even if you plan to use a credit card. You can place an order using your Paypal account (direct transfer from your bank account), VISA, Master Card and personal check, if local.  Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping & handling flat rates are mentioned in the description of all items. These rates are automatically added to your total during checkout.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged immediately through the PayPal payment gateway.
